7 Months

Wow this month has been a blur. The time is going by so fast and I know it is only going to get worse. The girls are growing so much and this month it seems like they have been growing over night. They can sit up now all on their own and have even tried getting up on all fours. They can't crawl yet but it's coming soon. They can roll, scoot, and push their way to where they want to go, and have really started to enjoy toys and playing with them.

Izzy has been eating her solids really well and she loves to watch Mickey Mouse Club House. She is smiling and even talking a little. She is still a big daddy's girl and she loves to sit on his lap while he is working on the computer. (She even tries to help sometimes) She loves the dogs and loves her bath even more now that she can sit up in it and splash with her hands.

Pepper loves her exerciser that she bounces in she really could bounce for hours. She has been blowing raspberries a lot lately and she talks all day. (Even while she eats) She is still afraid of strange people but for the most part is okay as long as mommy is holding her. She loves to play with anything that is not a baby toy (phones, remotes, keys, etc) and has even giggled or laughed a few times. So cute!

This picture was taken while mom was singing the ABC's and clapping.
I must have looked really funny.
Oh, I love you girls!

Nighty night, sleep tight

I love the pictures of babies who have fallen asleep in the middle of doing something, or in weird places. They always make me laugh. I know that as these girls get bigger I am only going to be finding it more and more and I am sure will have many of these group blogs of them sleeping. I hope you enjoy as much as I do!

Izzy. Fell asleep mid-bite.

Pepper. Fell asleep in her bouncer. I guess she just wore herself out.

Izzy. Fell asleep during lunch again.

Pepper. Sometimes church can be really boring.

Pepper. The holidays can wear you out too.

Pepper. Is it bedtime yet?

Oh, Izzy!

Izzy you make me laugh!
The other day we were sitting on the bed and playing with Izzy (Pepper had not woken up from her nap yet) and Izzy was just being the cutest little thing. I put my jacket on her and things just keep getting cuter and cuter. She was making faces and laughing too. Sometimes I just wish I could squeeze them silly, they can be so cute.

We are so lucky to have these babies in our lives. I don't know what I would do without them.

Test

Sometimes it is scary how much they look alike.
This is a test,
Who is who?

They play so well together

So, I was cleaning the house (or trying) one day and I came into the room were the two little girls were playing and found them playing together. See, they normally don't play with one another yet. I think they are aware of each other but have no need of a play mate just yet. So, when I came in and saw that they were playing with each other it was so cute and of course I HAD to take pictures. (my dad jokes that these girls are the most photographed children on the planet, he may be right)

In this one I stepped out of the room and them popped my head back in and said "Boo!"
They thought it was funny too.
(Pepper, Izzy)
Oh, I just love them so much!

Swings for twins

They are finally old enough to go to the park and play on the swings! And I don't know about you, but I think these bucket seat swings were made for twins.
They fit prefect! I will say I have to go at wired times so we aren't bombarded by people asking me questions and wanting to get in the girl's faces but other then that we love going to the park now. It is a great thing to do when we need to get out of the house

Christmas 2011

Christmas this year was prefect! I had such a wonderful time being with family and spending the holiday really enjoying the true meaning. I did take WAY more pictures then these but just wanted to share a few, a little glimpse into our Christmas this year . . .

What can say? Someone was good this year.

Pepper eating Jordan's new PJ's.

Izzy trying to eat Grandpa's PJ's.

For the most part they did good opening their own presents.

And of course the rapping paper was more fun then anything else.

Once they got to the toys though, they went straight into their mouths.

And I think Grandparents, mom and dad, and aunts and uncles had just as much fun.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas this year. Happy holidays everyone.
